Zotero stand alone isn't syncing to web

    You're getting a couple different errors there. Can you restart Zotero, let it try to sync a single time (which it should do automatically on startup if you have it set to auto-sync), and provide another Report ID, assuming you get the same rrror?

    i restarted it many times with no response. then, i stopped using zotero for a week and it's syncing now great , thanks
