continuous syncing

One my PC (Windows 7, Standalone Zotero 4.0.17) sync arrow continuously spins for hours. Tried resetting history but same problem.

On my mac, no problems with syncing.

    Don't use the reset options for troubleshooting.

    Upgrade to Zotero 4.0.18 and provide a Debug ID for a few minutes of a sync that stalls.

    Are you connecting through a proxy?

    syncing still appears stuck.

    not sure about the proxy structure, but I am in an academic hospital and my mac, which does not have a problem syncing, is on same network.

    oops. But - problem just resolved! Must have been new version or gremlins!
