continuous syncing

One my PC (Windows 7, Standalone Zotero 4.0.17) sync arrow continuously spins for hours. Tried resetting history but same problem.

On my mac, no problems with syncing.

  • Don't use the reset options for troubleshooting.

    Upgrade to Zotero 4.0.18 and provide a Debug ID for a few minutes of a sync that stalls.

    Are you connecting through a proxy?

    syncing still appears stuck.

    not sure about the proxy structure, but I am in an academic hospital and my mac, which does not have a problem syncing, is on same network.

  • oops. But - problem just resolved! Must have been new version or gremlins!
