I have the same problem. When reinstalling the word plugin, it fails. The error message says that the plugin is not compatible with my firefox version (17)

abufer62: It seems like you have the Zotero toolbar installed in Word, but you don't have the corresponding extension installed in Firefox. You can get it from here.

pamotelc: The current version of the Word plugin requires Firefox 24 or higher. As of December 3, 2013, Firefox 17 no longer receives security updates from Mozilla, so we don't support it. I strongly recommend that you update Firefox, but if you can't, there's an older Word plugin here that may work.
