Issue with Word plug-in - ID 1829881434

For unknown reasons, I can not use zotero word plug-in anymore, even though zotero is properly working.
I have tried upgrading Firefox, reinstalling the word plug-in,... still the same error message[JavaScript Error: "Zotero n'a pas pu charger le composant nécessaire pour communiquer avec votre traitement de texte. Veuillez vous assurer que le module approprié est installé et réessayez." appears.

You don't have the Word plugin installed in Word, but not in Firefox. Install it from http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_installation.

I did as you told, but I still have the same error message.

The Word integration extension is disabled in your Firefox installation (which was the case before as well, actually). Look in the Firefox Add-ons window and re-enable it.
