Can someone help me? I'm trying to sync a group folder but it have just been loading for 3 hours now.

Any progress? Alerted to new version of Firefox yesterday so assume problem is related to that install.
Had to re-install zotero word plug in.
Restarted PC and still have the red exclamation point error next to the zotero sync error.
