Same here. I've disabled fulltext sync, but it's been spinning for ages now. I see activity in the log, but also numerous "Associated libraries are locked -- waiting XXX"
Any progress? Alerted to new version of Firefox yesterday so assume problem is related to that install.
Had to re-install zotero word plug in.
Restarted PC and still have the red exclamation point error next to the zotero sync error.

OK, syncing is now up and running again, and all queued syncs have been processed. We've identified and temporarily reverted the recent change that caused this problem and will be making some architectural changes to address the issue.
Apologies again for the extended outage. We know syncing is critical functionality for many people, and we're doing everything we can to ensure that outages like this don't happen.
