Unable to purchase storage - link not working

I am trying to purchase storage at the link https://www.zotero.org/settings/purchasestorage but when I press the button to purchase, it is highlighing the button in red but not proceeding. No error message, just doesn't do anything.

Do you have javascript enabled?
What browser and OS versions are you on?

This does not appear to be a general failure.

Yes javascript is enabled. Using firefox on Windows 7 professional.

And no firefox extensions like noscript that would interfere with javascript?

What version of firefox?

no extensions. have only just recently installed on new laptop. everything else working fine.

Have been successful using chrome instead of firefox!
