Citation in word document has stopped working.

Hello,

When I try to cite a reference in my word document the zotero experiences an error saying TypeError: blob.alldecor is undefined.

Error reference: 1106622254

Does anyone have a fix for this?

    Hi!
    I am facing the same problem, and I haven´t figured out the reason...

    I kept receiving this error from time to time: blob.alldecor is undefined,
    and zotero just doens't adds any citation to my document.

    I am using firefox 24.0 synchronised with a word 2011 for mac document.
    I know this document is very heavy, (my thesis), with more than 100 pages. Sometimes Zotero works and others does'nt...

    If anyone knows how to fix it, it would be very helpfull!

    right now i'm using the style from:
    American Physchological Association 6th edition...

    fbennett will have to look at this.
    He usually asks people to try to isolate a problematic citation.
    Have a look at these debugging steps:

    Cokette: The steps in the page linked by adamsmith are the best starting point. If there is a problem with your document itself, going through the steps should lead you to a fix.

    It's also possible there is a bug or a weakness in the citation processor. If we can pin down the cause to a minimal set of citations that trigger the fault, it can be fixed easily. Debug output will be helpful there: I'll send some instructions privately on how to collect it from Zotero.

    this is probably the source of my problem:
    "Check for citations in image captions. Zotero won't let you insert them"

    In fact I have a document with more than 100 pages and more than 50 images, and yes I have used zotero citations on my captions... If I have to delete them all... it will be a hassle, as I need to correctly credit my images...

    What do you suggest me to do?

    How did you get the citations into the image captions in the first place? As I say, it shouldn't be possible to insert them there using Zotero.
