Inline citation like: (ACCADIA et al., 2012) x Accadia et al. (2012)

Could someone help me out here?
I need inline citations to behave like this:

- when directly mentioning the author in the text, I must have just the first character capitalized like this: Accadia et al. (2012)

- when indirectly mentioning the author, I should get this: (ACCADIA et al., 2012), that is, all the family name in uppercase.

I tried to modify some csl code, but I couldn´t find how to do that.

I would appreciate a lot if I could get some help here.

    For the first type of citation, use the "suppress author" checkbox in the word processor plugin and type the authors manually.

    it's not easy to automate, exactly because of requirements such as these and yes, this is the only way to do it.

    Hi everyone,

    I have read this since I am looking for a similar style which capitalizes the surname but not the words "and" or "et al.," but as I am not a technical person I am not sure what to do with the instructions on the link.

    Is there a style out there that

    a) capitalizes surnames in inline ciatations
    b) capitalizes surnames in the references

    that I could use as a starting point?
