not communication between Word 2003 and Zotero

My problem is when I want to insert a citation or modifying some in Word 2003, I have a message like this: "Zotero could not load the component required to communicate with your word processor. Please check the appropriate extension is installed and try again." How can I solve this problem??

    If I understand you correctly, you have not installed the MSWord wordprocessor plugin. Go here:

    http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_installation

    and install the appropriate plugin.
