Install Plug in-button - English only?

Is the Install plugin-button (Preferences > Word processors) possible to translate/localise? I'm working with the Swedish translation and cannot find the relevant string to translate that button's caption.

These strings have not been localized.
Not sure how that can be done, devs ? cf. preferences_cite.js and preferences_cite.xul.
