will not dispay anything in sync mode

I am having an issue. When I use Zotero in the sync mode using fire fox it will not display anything. I click on a lync and it flashes and goes to blank screen. When I split the screen and click on a link it will not display an article. It bring up my library but when I click on an article to view it flashes and goes to a blank screen. What should I do. I can view articles when I log in to standalone or on the web with my user name and password.

    2) What do you mean by "sync mode". Do you mean that sync is enabled?

    What link and where are you clicking? What is the "it" that flashes? Is this blank screen a Firefox window?

    2hen you can see you library on the botteom half of browser and the article on the top half using firefox. any link I click it flashes and goes to blank screen

    Again, what exactly do you mean by link? Are you trying to open PDF attachments? Are you clicking on the URL on the right column?

    It sounds to me like you are trying to open PDF attachments, but they're not displaying in Firefox. This could be a PDF.js issue. This thread sounds like the same problem you're experiencing: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/29559/cannot-view-pdf-attachment-in-firefox/
