Finding the location of an entry

Is there any possibilyty to see where an item is located within the library?

I ask because I have a whole bunch of folders and I want to know in which of them one entry is located (I know that its somewhere because I can see it in the "my library" view). Searching through all the folders manually can´t be the only option, can it?

To see all the collections a item is in select the item, then push the Option key on a Mac or the Ctrl key on a PC. You should see all the collections the item is in highlighted in the left column.
  • Yes, thats exactly what I was looking for....

    Thanks a lot!
  • Hmm, just click the entry and then push control? Doesn´t work here...
Would be really usefull to (re)organize the collections, the info is really missing in the right-side-info-panel.

one thing needs to be said anyway: great job zoteroes ;)

You need to press it and hold it down.
  • Indeed ;) Found out the problem: It doesn't highlight if the item is in a subfolder/category.
