Word 2010 plugin

Hello everyone,

I've tried every troubleshoot available here on this website, but none could solve my problem, so I hope you guys can help me out here.

I use Windows Vista and Word 2010 Home and Student Version (Dutch). I use the Google Chrome plugin, and the Standalone version of Zotero.

Now I've installed the Word plugin and it IS visible in the add-in toolbar, but when I click "add citation" nothing happens. Sometimes the button does freeze for a second or so.

Could someone help me? Really need to start using a bibliography for my Master's thesis.
