Upgrade StorageZotero 3.0.13 mac standalone crashes when installing word 2011 integration add-on

This is the first time I use Zotero. I'm running Maoc os x 10.8.2 and each time I try to run the standalone Zotero, it asks me to install the word integration add-on; when I accept and inter the admin password, it crashes.
I tried by canceling the word integration add-on, so that I can see at least how the Zotero application looks like ;-). At that moment it asked me if I wanted to install OpenOffice integration add-on (I have also OpenOffice installed); I accepted. This time it finished successfully the installation and I could see the application running. But when I tried to install the Word integration add-on from the Preferences window, it crashes again!
Now I don't know what to do! I tried searching in the forum and I could see that some users had similar issues with older versions, but that have been solved in newer versions.

- In the first time, I just replaced the earlier version: The app runs with no problems but when I go to Preferences and try to install the Word integration Add-in, I get the following error:
"Installation could not be completed because an error occurred.
[Exception... "'The file Zotero.dot couldn't be opened because you don't have permission to view it. @[installTemplate:install.m:228]' when calling method: [nsIRunnable::run]" nsresult: "0x8057001e (NS_ERROR_XPC_JS_THREW_STRING)" location: "JS frame :: resource://zotero-macword-integration/installer.jsm :: <TOP_LEVEL> :: line 67" data: no]"
- In the second time I removed the application and its folder in ~/Library/Application Support: When I ran it it asked me whether I want to install Word integration Add-in; I accepted and typed the admin password; no crash this time but it didn't not install it! In the Preferences it tells me that the Word integration Add-in is not installed. When I tried to install it from the Preferences I get the same error as earlier.
