Zotero Integration Error

This message displays when I attempt to refresh the citations in my Word document:
"Zotero experienced an error updating your document.

TypeError: a.sortkeys is undefined"

Using Windows 7, Microsoft Word 2010, Firefox 18.0.1, Zotero 3.0.11

    update to Zotero 3.0.13 which came out today with multiple bugfixes.
    If that doesn't help - which citation style?

    @cromwleym: The error is coming from the citation processor. It's a processor bug. You may be able to help us track down the cause. What style are you using that triggers the error?

    I've added a fix for this to the processor. You can test it by installing the following plugin:

    http://gsl-nagoya-u.net/http/pub/zotero-processor.xpi

    It's only effect is to swap the updated processor into your existing Zotero. If the problem goes away after installing the plugin, we'll know that the fix was on point.
