Automatically fill record given ISBN number
It ought to be possible to enter an ISBN number and have an automatically filled-out record. It can use whatever database this website uses: http://diberri.dyndns.org/wikipedia/templates/
(example: I'm interesting in adding this book to Zotero: http://www.who.int/bookorders/anglais/detart1.jsp?sesslan=1&codlan=1&codcol=70&codcch=7)

WorldCat.org is a good place to locate texts that are hard to find in other online catalogs. It's Zotero-supported, and there's an ISBN field in the advanced search: http://www.worldcat.org/advancedsearch
Here's the WorldCat page for the WHO book you linked:
http://www.worldcat.org/search?q=isbn:9789283224150&qt=advanced
3rd button in middle column of your zotero-firefox-extension: add item by identifier = ISBN, DOI or PMID.
I use zotero since 2 months, so maybe it was not available 2 years ago.
