SSRN and Zotero on Mac not working at all

HI guys!
new and very satisfied law user...although I am getting mad with SSRN! For I have tried everything (from firefox and chrome, with or without adblock, etc.) and I always get the error message when trying to save a citation from the SSRN network! Any idea/or suggestion?

    First, please note that I *have* read the translator troubleshooting page. I have reset and updated my translators. I am using the latest version of Zotero Standalone (3.0.11.1). I have disabled all other extensions in both Firefox (18.0.1) and Safari (6.0.2).

    I am running OS X 10.8.2 (latest version, all updates applied).

    I am attempting to download translator data from

    http://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=2187314

    and numerous other pages on SSRN. Consistently, I am presented with the error message.

    I have uploaded the error output (D1814781175).

    Works for me.

    Does this work for you in Firefox with Standalone closed?
    (btw. - typically no need to send the whole debug unless we ask for it - an error report ID - as described in the troubleshooting instructions - is sufficient)
