mac word plugin

hi there,
struggling to get my plugin to work. I have mac word 14.2.5 and zotero 3.0.1.1

This is my error message below.

Installation could not be completed because an error occurred.

[Exception...     You're running Zotero off the disk image. Drag it to the folder that says "Drag Here to Install," and then open it from the Applications folder.

    ok now thats worked, but i have a new error with respect to citing in word

    Zotero experienced an error updating your document.

    Assuming you have a document open in Word and there's no dialog open, you may need to follow the instructions here.
