mac word plugin

hi there,
struggling to get my plugin to work. I have mac word 14.2.5 and zotero 3.0.1.1

This is my error message below.

Installation could not be completed because an error occurred.

You're running Zotero off the disk image. Drag it to the folder that says "Drag Here to Install," and then open it from the Applications folder.

ok now thats worked, but i have a new error with respect to citing in word

Assuming you have a document open in Word and there's no dialog open, you may need to follow the instructions here.
