    Hello - Thanks for following up. I re-formatted the style in the paper (i.e. deleted the citation, re-downloaded it and then reformatted the paper) but there are still errors in the citation:

    1) The reference in text should not be superscript
    2) Within the references section, the journal article should not be italicized

    1) that's not in the style - sometimes Word struggles to remove the superscripts. Switch to Chicago (Full Note) and back and this should be fixed.

    journal articles are in italics.
