Upgrade StorageWord plug in worked but has stopped
I recently had to install a new hard drive and have loaded anew my Office 2007 version of Word and a new install of Zotero as well. I have the latest version of Zotero (downloaded on 11-2-2012) and have also downloaded the latest Word plugin. Inserting citations worked fine for one day, and now when I click on Add-ins and then click on Insert Citation (or any of the other icons), nothing happens. I have reinstalled the Word plugin and it does show as an installed add-in in the Word options. Am I doing something wrong? Any help will be gratefully received.

adamsmithdo you have Zone Alarm installed? That's often been the reason for this on Windows.
