For the past 6 hours I have not been able to get my library to load and sync with word. I actually got a late mark on my check-in for my final project for this term because I couldn't download my annotated bibliography. What do I do to get it to download so I can turn it in late at least?
Whenever I go to my library, I just get the spinny wheel of doom.
