error code 1442561997

I am still unable to sync with Zotero (see my post from earlier today). This time, Zotero generated the following error code and an instruction to post it here. So here it is again: 1442561997

Somewhat annoying that Zotero is malfunctioning 24 hours after I finally plunked down my money for extra storage.

I know their parent site has been experiencing connectivity issues, but I'm curious to know if this (known issue) is what is affecting syncing. I am having trouble myself, but haven't heard much in the forums.
