Zotero tag error message

I am helping a faculty member at my institution who's getting an error message each time she tries to launch Zotero:

"One or more Zotero tags have been added to and/or removed from items on multiple computers since the last sync. The different sets of tags have been combined.

View the Firefox Error Console for the full list of such changes."

Using:
Zotero 3.0.8

    That's not an error. See Repeated Conflicts (which is about conflict resolution, but it's the same idea) for an explanation of how to find the actual error.

    From the error report:
    Last name 'Department of State. Agency for International Deve&' too long'
    You can see this yourself by clicking on the sync error icon.

    Find the item with that name, fix the name, and try syncing again.
