Screenshots for Zotero

I am a very visual person and find that screen shots along with text helps me to learn faster. Does anyone know if there is a Zotero book/manual that has lots of screen shots? I have a brilliant book for my iMac called "Teach Yourself Visually" and having page after page of screen shots throughout the book makes a huge difference! Does Zotero have anything similar?

    the other thing is that Zotero is designed to be intuitive to use, so one of the best ways of learning it is just to play around with it.
