Group Libraries
Okay so I am not a computer person but I have to have an account for one of my classes. Can anyone help me as I have tried to create a group it says I have created one but it will not bring a folder under my group libraries with it. Then when I try to move papers into it it says incorrect email address. I am willing to try anything I just need help.

Upgrade Storage
You'll have to take some time to write down in a structure way what you're trying to do, what's not working, and which error message you're getting where. E.g. I'm not even sure whether you're trying this all online at zotero.org or in the Zotero client in Firefox or Standalone.
Assuming that you have created a group on the website, is it visible in the client? If not, open the gear -> Preferences -> Sync panel, and check that your zotero.org ID and password are correctly entered there. Then (in the Zotero client) click on the green circle-arrow button and wait for the sync to go through. The group should then appear in the client, and you are ready for business.
