Cannot buy additional zotero storage - server error message

When I try to renew my additional storage for my Zotero account I receive the message "Server Error. Something went wrong processing your request."

Have contacted the digitalstorage contact at bottom of order but received no reply.
  • At what step in the process do you get that error? (What url/form submission?)

    One small problem remained. I wanted to automatically renew, but the google checkout page indicated that I would get the institutional discount this year (I am faculty from George Mason), but that subsequent years would be without the 20% discount. I don't know if that representation is accurate or not, but I decided to do it year by year in case the automatic renewal would not subtract the 20%
  • If you still qualify it will still be discounted. The way google checkout subscriptions works though we have to show the maximum amount you would possibly be charged.
  • I'm unable to renew my account -- no checkout button, and the "Terms of Service" link takes mt to an error page saying "www.digitalstorage.org" is not working. Been that way for past couple days.
  • What do you see on the right side of https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage where the "Buy with Google" button should be?
  • At the time, I saw nothing. But since I revalidated my email, and went back to standard 32-bit FF15 (I was using 64-bit Waterfox, which has plugin issues) I saw the "Buy..." and was able to renew.
