Upgrade Storageanother "This item no longer exists in your zotero database" question
I've tried searching the forum for why this may be happening to me, but none of the prior posts seem to reflect my problem.
I am using the Zotero 3.0.6 plug-in with firefox 14.0.1 and Word 2008 on a mac. I use zotero on only one computer. I created this document on multiple computers with the intent of adding in the references when it was complete. Now, when I try to do that I get the "This item no longer exists in your zotero database" message. It worked perfectly fine for the first citation, and now this has happened every time since, no matter which citation I try to insert. I even tried copy and pasting the document into a new blank word document to start over and now I can't even insert the first citation (which originally worked). I never deleted any of my citations from zotero or had duplicates. I am not sharing my library or this document with anyone else. I tried re-adding the citation to zotero, but that didn't work either. I did not have any problems adding citations to the last research paper that I composed. The only difference from then is that I updated firefox (are they not compatible?) Please let me know if there's anything that I can do to fix this. Thank you.

If you have only inserted citations with Zotero on one computer and you have never deleted any items, then this shouldn't happen. If you are absolutely certain this is the case, I'd appreciate it if you can email zotero.sqlite from your Zotero data directory and the Word document in question to support@zotero.org, provided it isn't too big.
