Can´t import bibliography in Word because of 1436450580

Help! I can't use Zotero through the add-in in Word, though I really need to import a bibliography.

Could it have something to do with the settings of my Zone Alarm?

    There's no Zotero error in that report ID, so I don't know what you're seeing, but yes, ZoneAlarm's browser virtualization feature is known to interfere with Zotero Word for Windows integration.
