Upgrade StorageISBN and DOI lookup fail in 3.0.8

Until sometime last week, there was no problem. Now the lookup by identifier function fails for ISBNs and DOIs. PMIDs weirdly seem to work.
On a different workstation using old versions of Firefox and Zotero, the same ISBNs do work.
I wanted to replicate the error with Standalone, but it didn't play well with our proxy.
