Required file(s) missing? - Error report 1469408321
I installed StandAlone and initiated a WebDAV sync.
The login was successful, sync icon started rotating, but then it stopped and error report 1469408321 was generated and sent in.
I am new to WebDAV syncing, and I thought I would look at the error message to see if I could understand and possibly fix (or get my IT shop to fix) what was wrong.
The first line of the report is:
Failed to load native module at path '\\edmoxpfs01\sara.bennett$\_SLB-AENV\Data\zotero-install\extensions\zoteroWinWordIntegration@zotero.org\components-11.0\zoteroWinWordIntegration.dll': (80520012) <unknown; can't get error from NSPR>
I had a look for the referenced file in my install folder. Where the folder components-11.0 (and -10.0, -9.0 etc) should be the only folder of named in that way is components-12.0.
I have no clue how any of this works, of course, just thought that seemed odd.
Thanks for having a look at this.

Restart Standalone and provide a Debug ID for a sync that produces the error. (There's no sync error in that report, and you don't say what the actual message was.)
That my WebDAV server is broken basically answers my question - thank you.
The rest of this message is just a record of what I did just FYI should you be interested (I can't think why you would be, but, if you are...).
I restarted StandAlone with debug output logging enabled.
In the process, I noticed it was actually doing some syncing... but only (it seems) 10-20 records at a time (going by the number of file pairs that appeared in my WebDAV folder). I kept restarting the sync, thinking it might limp its way to a complete sync (and out of curiosity). It didn't, quite; approx 550 pairs of files (out of 763) came across.
Repeated syncs don't move any additional file pairs; strangely (to me anyway) the debug output length continues to vary.
I sent the last debug output D479578939.
Thanks for looking at this.
