how do I export my readability files into zotero? please support

    Hi,
    I am also having a problem with this. I am using Zotero standalone version 3.0.7, with Chrome version 19.0.1084.46. It seems a while back a translator was created for Readability, but I am not able to successfully import items from Readability now.

    When I click on the import icon in the address bar of Chrome, Zotero attempts to import, but gives me an error reading, "Saving Item... An error occurred while saving this item. Check Known Translator Issues for more information."

    No known translator issues exist for Readability at this point, however. Hints? Thoughts?

    This might have gone down within the last 48hs or so - I first saw an error report in our automated tests last night, haven't had time to follow up on it.

    the readability translator has been updated - it will automatically update for you within the next 24hs or you can update it right now from the general tab of the Zotero preferences.

    The translator currently only does individual pages, not whole lists (however they look in an account) so it's probably not ideal to import the contents of a readability account.
