Upgrade StorageRemember GUI state
Each time I use Zotero, I open Firefox and Zotero, then
1. drag the divider between the "Collections" list and the list of tags up so that I can see more than a couple of tags, then
2. click the "Display all tags" box.
Could the state of the GUI elements corresponding to 1. and 2. be remembered between Zotero sessions?

dstillmanBoth now persist in the latest dev build. (#1 was a bug. #2 wasn't implemented.)
