Upgrade StorageUpdate of Word plugin fails
I am trying to update my Word plugin to the latest version, but I continually get the following message:
"Installation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that Microsoft Word is closed, and then restart Firefox."
I get the same error message if I try to reinstall the plugin after having uninstalled it completely.
I have uploaded an error report, number 2011308562.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

SimonThere are a bunch of other errors in that report, but no Zotero errors. Try generating another report ID immediately after re-triggering the error, either by restarting Firefox or by clicking the "Install Word Add-in" button in the Cite pane of the Zotero preferences.
