How do I attach a stored attachment to multiple items?
I have many edited volumes in my collection, and I have created a separate bibliographic entry for each chapter. Now I would like to store the PDF of the book and attach it to all these Book Section items.
How can I do that? When I drag the pdf from one item to the other, it is detached from the original item. Is there some kind of modifier key I can press so that it will remain attached to the original item but ALSO be attached to the target item?

Attach the PDF only to the main book item; relate the chapter items to the main book item.
