sync seems to end but no group library

Starting today, I cannot see my group libraries in the browser. It syncs briefly but nothing comes up. box in middle of screen says "processing updated data from sync server" but arrow is not spinning. Shall I keep waiting? I have about 700+ entries. Have restarted and upgraded Firefox. I read the other discussions but could not see a solution for me.

    Can you explain this further? Do you mean that it hangs in this state, such that you can't access Zotero, or does this finish?

    When I click on the Sync arrow, it spins and a small box lights up in the middle of the blank group library area saying above quote with green bar underneath. It flashes then disappears; sync arrow stops also. Groups library remains completely empty. I can access My Library in the browser but not Group Libraries.

    Were the group libraries visible in this Zotero installation previously? If so, this probably doesn't have anything to do with syncing—that would only matter for new groups. Try disabling your other Firefox extensions.

    It might help to take a screenshot, post it somewhere (e.g., imageshack.us), and provide a link here.

    Also, you say "browser", but I assume you mean in the Zotero Firefox extension interface? "Browser" implies that you're looking at the Zotero website.

    You should also provide a Report ID if possible.

    that's what i'll have to try sfhirsch. the group libraries have gone missing for me too. (yes, in my zotero firefox exentension interface...)hopefully they'll come back soon..pretty annoying though.

    Miranda: Group libraries don't just go missing. If they're not showing up, they're not synced, there's a conflict with another Firefox extension, or something is other broken in your installation. In any case, everything I said to sfhirsch above applies.

    Daniella: i am experiencing the same problem as sfhirsch and miranda and none of the information here helps. I do not have other Firefox extensions. I can see my Group Libraries for my computer at work but not from my home computer (a PC). I have no idea why the Group Library is not visible. When I log into the zotero website, I can see the Group Libraries I have joined listed, but not when I open the zotero extension. I'd be grateful if someone could provide information that will allow me to resolve the issue. And: it would be so nice if anyone can help by not using too much computer jargon.

    I am experiencing the same problem as danimolle. In short: I am part of a group but the group does not show up in "my groups" pane. I tried the 'changes not syncing' link but that has not helped. What is the next step?
