Citations suddenly coming out bolded

I see a number of questions on the site about this but no answer. My citations are suddenly coming out in bold. When I unbold them in the text, they become bold again if I use the zotero refresh button. Please help. My paper is due tomorrow

    If using Firefox (rather than Standalone), be sure you have disabled all plugins that are not directly related to Zotero. Then try the steps for debugging broken documents. If you still have trouble, report back and maybe someone can help.
