Error message regarding snyc

I get repeatedly the error message below. Any help? Many thanks!

    I too am getting sync errors all of a sudden this morning (but was working fine last night and did nothing in between). "Invalid output from server"

    there is some sort of server problem this morning. I cannot access my groups online, I keep getting a "try again in a few minutes" message.

    Probably best to NOT try syncing until it's fixed. And probably best to back up your local library.

    Servers are like cars; no matter how well you maintain them there will occasionally be problems & required repairs ... or perhaps some maintenance is ongoing that is preventing sync & loading of groups from working

    I am having these errors too. I hope it gets fixed soon. Deadlines are pressing and I've thrown in my lot with Zotero.

    There was an intermittent problem with a database server this morning from about 7:30-13:00 EST that would have affected a subset of users. It should be fine now. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
