Translation for SCIELO?

Is someone working on a translator to SCIELO database?
SCIELO is a repository for peer reviewed open publications in Latin America, Spain and Portugal (www.scielo.org).

    It looks like they embed standard metadata - I can have a look.

    Please go to https://gist.github.com/raw/1234176/bb4fef62ae26ed38790852645d2475c6ad741c7b/SCIELO.js and save the file to the translators directory of your Zotero data directory (http://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data).

    It should start working again. If this works for you, please post here so that I can submit this change to be pushed to all users.

    This will not work for search results - there is a tricky permission issue that I can't sort out. It also won't work for the Spanish site, which doesn't provide the metadata - there it will default to the DOI where present.

    I've added this to the repository, but you'll need to delete the copy you installed manually, since I set the translator ID to that of the existing, broken, SCIELO translator, so Zotero won't automatically replace them.

    what's the status on the permission issue? Search results work otherwise, I've just disabled them in the regexp.

    (and yeah, I had overlooked the old translator initially, was going to mention that before submitting).

    The permission thing is still a mystery that I'm unlikely to solve.

    I copied on the Zotero directory (and removed the old scielo.js file) but it didn't work

    I am also having trouble with Scielo translator issues. Has this been resolved...this discussion was 3 months ago...

    thanks - that was very helpful, I've submitted a fix, which should be out very soon, I'll let you know.

    OK, the fixed translator is now up - it will automatically update in your version of Zotero in the next 24hs or you can update immediately using the "update translators" button in the general tab of the Zotero preferences. Please let us know if this doesn't fix it for you or if you encounter any other issues.

    Hi Mr. Free markets,

    I appreciate you working on the fix. I updated my translators inside of preferences, shut down FFx, then tried to grab an article from Scielo. No dice. Here´s the article:
