Save to Zotero button does not save to subcollection

I run zotero 2.1.10 on firfox 7.0.1, 64bit ubuntu 11.10, and have noted a potential bug:

When I have a subcollection active in the zotero window and try to save an article using the Save to Zotero button on the right end of the address line, the item it n ot added to the subcollection, only to My Library.

However, if I use the Add Item by Identifier tool instead (e.g., with a doi number), the article ends up both in the subcollection and in My Library.

    Example URL? This might occur for certain translators, but it shouldn't be a general problem.

    The problem seems to be gone now, at least for the particular articles I had problems with yesterday. I did check that simply restarting firefox did not help, perhaps the Ubuntu package updates I installed this morning helped.
    I will get back if the problem returns. Sorry for posting unnecessarily.
