Duplicates in reports

I fear this is a newbie question. When I compile my bibliography I get duplicate copies of certain items even though I am POSITIVE there are none on my original highlighted list. How can I correct this?

    could you provide an example? Are any of your items missing - we've been getting reports from people that in some cases multiple items by the same author are replaced by duplicates of the first such item - could that be going on?
    If so, there is unfortunately, no working solution, but I'm sure your help in troubleshooting would be appreciated.

    So did you try to include other items by Woodward and Glassberg?

    No--this shows everything I wanted, plus the two duplicates.

    I don't know if it's relevant, but I recently fixed a processor bug that did make it possible to get duplicate items in a bibliography listing. The calling application (Zotero) would need to send the processor a list of ids containing duplicates, but if received, they would render. In the latest processor version (not yet in a Zotero release), the duplicates will be ignored.

    That's not to say that this is necessarily the problem in this case, but it's one possibility.
