Capitalizing Authors
Hello,
I am trying to adapt the ACM SIGCHI format for use in an ACM TOCHI paper. I can't seem to get the bibliography to look right; the authors are supposed to be capitalized. Here is my approach:
Bibliography:
<bibliography hanging-indent="true" et-al-min="7" et-al-use-first="3" second-field-align="flush" entry-spacing="0">
<sort>
<key macro="author"/>
<key variable="issued"/>
</sort>
<layout suffix=".">
<text macro="author-uppercase" text-case="uppercase" suffix=". "/>
<text macro="title" suffix=". "/>
Author-uppercase macro:
<macro name="author-uppercase">
<group suffix=".">
<names variable="author">
<name initialize-with="." delimiter=", " and="text" name-as-sort-order="all" sort-separator=", "/>
<label form="short" prefix=", " suffix="." text-case="uppercase" strip-periods="true"/>
<substitute>
<names variable="editor"/>
</substitute>
</names>
</group>
</macro>
Any help is appreciated.

http://citationstyles.org/downloads/specification.html#name-part-formatting (note that there is a mistake in the documentation: the <name-part also needs an end tag , i.e. /> instead of > )
Is it possible to capitalize the "and" portion of a name element as well?

something like
<locale xml:lang="en">
<terms>
<term name="and">AND</term>
</terms>
</locale>
