Tag selector and Resizing Zotero

It would be great if Zotero automatically minimized the tag selector when the user tries to minimize the space taken by Zotero. Right now I can't drag the top edge of Zotero down if the tag selector is fully open--I have to either minimize the selector or hide tags first. For users who need the tag selector open at all times (to filter records and to add tags to several items at once) this adds two extra clicks every time one needs to toggle between working with the db and reading snapshots & web pages--something most people need to do constantly I imagine.

    Yeah, the current behavior is definitely non-ideal, though it's not necessarily an easy fix. But it's on our list.
