PDf can't be downloaded in iOS app

Hi,

I've got the same problems as above. I saved PDF files on Windows app (and successfully synced), but on my iOS app (iPad) it couldn't be downloaded.

The Debug ID is D979242433.

Could you please let me know what to do in this case?

The file you're trying to download doesn't exist online. See Files Not Syncing.
