None of my groups or my library will load on start up. I've restarted, unlinked and linked my account, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Same issue and it won't fix itself.

What exactly is happening?
Can you provide a
Debug ID
for Zotero startup, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
