How to reorder my folders

hi, I would like to order the folders according to my mind, but unfortunately can only move the folder to another folder.

    Collections always display alphabetically, you can't currently change that, sorry.

    You can begin your collection names with a number and/or with one or more punctuation marks. I have a collection name that will sort at the top because the name begins with two exclamation marks !!
