Unable to Upgrade Storage

Hey, y'all! I would love some help in figuring out why Zotero would not let me upgrade my storage. It keeps sending "Error updating subscription. Please try again in a few minutes." error message. Please help. Much thanks.

    Generally this is because there is a temporary error processing the payment, or your bank isn't allowing the charge through. If you continue to have trouble you can ask your bank to allow the charge, and/or email storage@zotero.org with the details.
