ISBN search not working

I have been trying to add a few books to Zotero and the ISBN search function isnt working for me :-( any tips?
these are some of the ISBN numbers i have been searching for 9780730363002 and 9780729541022

There's just no data for those books registered in any standard sources. (Generally, if you Google for an ISBN and there are only a small handful of sources, it's a good sign that the ISBN was just never registered with mainstream registrars.)

I am also trying to do an ISBN Search and using very popular books to see if the search tool is actually working. No matter how many different books I try, I continue to get an error message.

@crosbyvision: We always need an example. What's an ISBN you're trying, and can you provide a Debug ID for an Add Item by Identifier attempt that fails?
